As you can see in the pictures above by staying at our cottage you will feel like home in one of our newly renovated units. We have spent numerous hours of hard work for you to enjoy as you relax in Cape Vincent, NY. Come stay with us and relax as everything you need will be readily available upon your arrival. We will ensure that everything is in perfect order for your enjoyment and as your hosts will see to it that everything is up to the highest of standards.
By staying with us in this unit you will experience our 1,000 sq. ft. 2 bedroom 1 bath unit with great kitchen equipped with all new appliances, dishes, glassware & cookware. Relax in the large living room while enjoying our LCD flat panel TV w/DVD + Satellite TV. Enjoy the waterview from the enclosed front porch. You will also have access to:

Rates:
- July - August weekly rentals only: $1100 per week
- June, September: $825/week or $125/day (min 2day)
- $200 deposit required at time of reservation
- Refunds only when notified 30 days or more prior to arrival
- No smoking
- Check in by 3 out by 11
- This is a residential neighborhood and you must observe noise ordinances after 10pm.
- Speed limit on lane is 10mph. This is strictly enforced and must be followed
